- To keep up the appearance of your furniture we suggest you to dust the product regularly with dry cloth.
- You may occasionally wipe the product with lightly dampened with detergent solution cloth and wipe with a soft, dry cloth.
- Avoid the use of chemicals and harsh cleaners as they might damage the finish.
- Always use coasters under beverages to prevent marks and stains.
- Spills should be removed immediately by blotting with a dry white cloth.
- If the spillage has caused staining on fabric we recommend you contact your dry cleaner who are equipped to deal with such occurrences.
- Wood/Marble is porous and can stain, particularly with dark liquids. Hence, wipe spills immediately.
MEASUREMENT CHECK
Before placing an order please check cautiously that the items you have requested will fit into the planned space and the entrant space in your home. We do not accept returns for the orders that do not fit due to space constraints or lack of movability.
When purchasing enormous piece of furniture, it is essential to ensure it will fit through the property entrance and into the expected space in your room. Ensure that there's a lot of space to move around corners and through entryways. Furniture can seem smaller in the online store than it really is, please refer to the size chart on the product page to know about the products dimension & structure.

We happily replace or swap the orders that are defective.
All our orders begin production immediately—this means frames are being crafted, and fabric is cut right away. For this reason, a minimum of Rs 500 and up to 10% change fee will apply, depending on where the piece is in production, for any changes requested after one business day of placing your order. Changes made after one business day require production to start over.
If you need to cancel your order after one business day of placing your order, a 10% cancellation fee will apply. Orders that have shipped must be successfully delivered before our return and exchange policy can apply.
STOCKED PRODUCTS
- We cautiously examine every piece of furniture before shipment, and furthermore require your confirmation once the product is delivered at your given address.

- Furniture that is denied on the grounds that it doesn't fit through a passage will be client's obligation as we urge to consider the sizes referenced on the item page cautiously and check whether the furniture you request fits into your property.
- We offer swap or return for damaged product within 7 days only.

- Items that are customized are non-cancelable, non-returnable and non-refundable unless it covers any issues mentioned under warranty.

We make sure that the products that are shipped to your home are free from manufacturing defects and material deformities. We cover 5 years limited warranty for our products.

- With the use of wooden furniture over time, deformities can be seen. It is a normal occurrence and we do not cover under warranty.
- Damage while cleaning the product or minor cuts or scratches in fabrics are normal conditions and are not considered manufacturers' defects and are not covered under our warranty.
- Defects caused by improper use, handling or maintenance of the furniture comes under buyers responsibility and we do not cover under warranty.
- There can be variations in texture or color of the fabric which is uncontrollable therefore we do not cover in our warranty.
- In any event if the customer finds a material Imperfection in material or workmanship, customer must report such deformity during the applicable warranty time frame at hello@claymint.com.
- All Claymint Item warranty are for a limited duration and are restricted to the first buyer with verification of purchase. If the buyer is purchasing the product to gift, please keep us informed if you want to avail warranty in future by writing to us at hello@claymint.com.
- Our warranty is non-transferable and applies to private (non-business) utilization and is void If the furniture is utilized in what is viewed as a non-family unit setting, or abused, dealt with inappropriately, reupholstered or fixed by any asset other than us or our accomplices.
- For warranty issues, we will fix or give sensibly proportionate furniture as a substitution of any defective item.
- Exchanged furniture will be of equivalent price to original furniture purchase price.
- No cash refund is accessible and for no situation will we be at liable for more than the purchase price of the furnishings.
- Noticeable imperfections or difference in order detail must be drawn to our attention within seven days of delivery. Issues not introduced within 7 days of delivery will not be considered.
