Refund policy

If you face any issue with Claymint purchase, we are here to make it right!   

  • We happily replace or swap the orders that are defective.
  • For any other issue, we will send our resource to sort your issue. Call us at +91-8095071034 and mail at hello@claymint.com along with your purchase details.

 STOCKED PRODUCTS 

  • We cautiously examine every piece of furniture before shipment, and furthermore require your confirmation once the product is delivered at your given address.
  • If you find an issue, reach out to us right away.
  • Furniture that is denied on the grounds that it doesn't fit through a passage will be client's obligation as we urge to consider the sizes referenced on the item page cautiously and check whether the furniture you request fits into your property.
  • We offer swap for any damaged product within 7 days only.

  CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS 

  • We assume that you study the measurements while sharing the details of the customized product.
  • If the product you have received does not match your requirement, raise a complaint to hello@claymint.com and our team will check if we can help. 
  • Items that are customized are non-cancelable, non-returnable and non-refundable unless it covers any issues mentioned under warranty.

 ITEMS WE DON'T COVER UNDER OUR RETURN POLICY

  1. Sale/Discount Items.   
  2. Customized/Special Items.   
  3. Items damaged due to wear & tear by the customer.   

If you are subject to a refund for your order, the process will initiate once the product has been picked and returned to our stock-house. We shall initiate your refund within 2 to 3 days of return.

  • Refund will be processed by NEFT or the way the amount was received. No cash returns can be provided. 

    Claymint reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer.
