Shipping policy

At Claymint, we attempt to deliver your purchase with excellent service & packaging!

We offer free shipping PAN India. 

Delivery time may vary depending upon the product. We request you to provide correct address and phone number details when placing the order. If you are planning to travel and will be unavailable on the contact number, please inform us in advance so that we can schedule the shipping and delivery at your convenience. Our Delivery team shall get in touch with you to confirm the time of delivery or location details to make sure you are informed & present to pick the product. 

We do not cancel orders once shipped.

 

CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS 

Made-to-order products take a longer time to manufacture. We take 4 - 6 weeks to deliver products, it also depends on the client's order quantity.   

 

 STOCK PRODUCTS 

We take 1 -2 weeks to deliver the product that are in stock. 

Our delivery team's responsibility to deliver the product restricts to the ground floor or first floor. If there is no lift service in the building, it is advisable to hire resources to carry the product for higher floors.  On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published timed windows due to unavoidable circumstances.
